Exclusivity & Territory Policy

To ensure a fair and competitive marketplace, our Order Confirmation and Territorial Protection policy is designed to safeguard both our clients and our business interests This policy outlines the terms under which exclusivity is granted, ensuring that buyers are protected from competition while maintaining a balanced approach to territorial rights.

Catalog Selection & Availability

All designs showcased in the Wenmark International catalog are available for global selection. However, availability for your specific region is subject to prior commitments.

  • First-Come, First-Served: If a design is currently "Open" for your country/region, you may select it for your order.

  • Restricted Items: If a design has already been contracted to another buyer in your specific territory (Country or Region), we will inform you immediately that the item is "Geographically Locked" and cannot be quoted.

Territorial Exclusivity
(The "One Design, One Market" Rule)

We understand the importance of market uniqueness. Wenmark International offers Territorial Exclusivity on catalog items under the following terms:

  • Country-Wide Exclusivity: We agree not to sell the same SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) or design to any other importer/retailer in your agreed territory (e.g., "United Kingdom" or "State of California") for the duration of our contract.

  • Volume Commitment: Exclusivity is granted only upon meeting a Minimum Order Value (MOV) or Volume Commitment per year. [Optional Note: If a buyer does not re-order the item within 6 months, exclusivity lapses and the design becomes open to other buyers in that region.]

Custom Design Protection (OEM)

For "Private Label" or Custom Designs developed specifically by you or by us exclusively for your brand:

  • Strict Confidentiality: These designs are never shown in our general catalog.

  • Global Lock: We will never sell your custom proprietary designs to any other buyer, in any country, without your written permission.

Order Confirmation Protocol

Selecting an item from our catalog does not automatically reserve it. An order is considered "Confirmed" and the design "Locked" for your territory only when:

  1. Proforma Invoice (PI): Issued by Wenmark International detailing the specific SKUs.

  2. Advance Payment: Receipt of the agreed advance payment (Deposit) in our bank account.

  3. Written Acknowledgement: You receive an official Order Acknowledgement (OA) from our export team.
